Your personal data shared by your party by filling the below form and sending your CV will be processed by WYG Türkiye in the capacity of Data Controller in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 and within the scope of legal statute, and can be shared with and transfered to relevant parties and used to evaluate yor CV, and stored if need be.

As per the Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to;

Learn whether or not your personal data have been processed, and request information as to processing if your data have been processed;
Learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose;
Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;
Request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately;
Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under article 7;
Request compensation for the damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data;
