Zafer-in Operation University Conferences were Completed Successfully

Four university conferences were organised within the scope of the “Operation for Improving the Adaptability of Employers and Employees in TR33 Region” (Zafer-In Operation) which is operated by Zafer Development Agency and co-financed by the European Union. Conference on Qualified Labour Force in the Use of Thermal Resources was organised on 3 May 2017 at Afyonkarahisar Kocatepe University. Conference on Industry 4.0 Practices in Manufacturing Sector and the Adaptability of Employees was organised on 5 May 2017 at Manisa Celal Bayar University. Conference on Qualified Labour Force in the China and Ceramic Sector was organised on 11 May 2017 at Kütahya Dumlupınar University. Conference on Adaptability of Employers and Employees in Textile and Leather Sector in Uşak to Meet Global Markets was organised on 23 May 2017 at Uşak University.  A total of 1150 participants from university students, academicians, industrialists and NGOs participated at the University Conferences. In each conference opening remarks on the sectors possessing priority for the province were delivered. National and international experts gave presentations that were followed by panel discussions.
