WYG Türkiye Eskişehir Team Meeting

WYG Türkiye – Eskişehir Team meeting was held on 23-25 December 2016 in Eskişehir at Divan Express Hotel. 64 members of the WYG family participated in the team meeting, which was opened by a thematic talk titled “Change is a Team Work, the Journey of Change from individual to group perspective” by Mr Özkan Zere. The speaker elaborated on the definitions of success and change, the journey of change in every individual and the significance of team work in change. Participants witnessed colourful moments with the rewards and clever and humoristic answers given to the questions.

On 24 December 2016, all WYG Türkiye staff participated in the session on WYG Group structure, where new practices were discussed. This session was followed by a workshop on relations between the departments and practice. After the workshop dinner was organised with the participation of all the staff.

Team meeting was completed on Sunday with Odun Pazarı sightseeing tour and historical and touristic places in Eskişahir were visited.
