Grant Monitoring, Risk Assessment, PRAG Applications, and Information Monitoring System (IMS) Training Held in Ankara

Within the scope of the Town Twinning Between Turkey and the European Union Project (TWIN), the “Monitoring, Risk Assessment, PRAG Applications, and Information Monitoring System (IMS) Training” was held in Ankara from 18–21 December 2018, hosted by the Union of Municipalities of Turkey (UMT).

The training brought together 15 representatives from the Central Finance and Contracts Unit (CFCU), the Directorate for EU Affairs, the Union of Municipalities of Turkey, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization – Directorate General of Local Authorities, and the Union of Provinces.

Delivered by Key Grant Expert Necmettin İlhan and Grant Monitoring Expert Uğur Dağ, the sessions covered in-depth information on monitoring and evaluation processes, PRAG applications, preparation of monitoring plans and reports, and final report assessments.

On the final day, participants received hands-on training on the use of the Twin Project Grant Programme Information Monitoring System (IMS). The four-day program concluded with a certificate ceremony for all participants.
