Improving Digitalization and Creativity Ecosystem in Kütahya Project

A panel titled “Creative Industries and Cultural Heritage” was organized on January 9, 2026, at the Kütahya Innovation and Design Hub (KİDH) within the scope of the “Improving Digitalization and Creativity Ecosystem in Kütahya” project. During the panel, speeches were delivered by Mr. Jurgis Vilčinskas, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the European Union Delegation to Türkiye; Mr. Eyüp Kahveci, Mayor of Kütahya; Mr. Ahmet Halit Hatip, General Director of EU and Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Industry and Technology; Mr. Kutlu Eser, Secretary General of Zafer Development Agency; and Ms. Esin Güral Argat, President of the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The panel, which examined the transformation journey of Kütahya Tile from its cultural heritage to digitalization, from local production to the global market, was moderated by Mr. Eray Sertaç Ersayın, President of the Creative Industries Council Association.
