Turkey ranks 17th among 184 countries in terms of #accreditation infrastructure development according to the Global Quality Infrastructure Index Program, which is an open data & knowledge on metrology, standardisation, accreditation, and related services.

The Turkish Accreditation Agency @turkak is one of the 9 national accreditation bodies #NAB that have recognition in all scopes subject to the Multilateral Agreement of the European cooperation for Accreditation which has 36 Full Members and 13 Associate Members.
