“International Human Rights Protection Mechanisms to Which Türkiye is a Party” Training – September 14–16, 2022

Within the scope of the Technical Assistance Project for Strengthening the Role of the Ombudsman Institution in the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights, the training on “International Human Rights Protection Mechanisms to Which Türkiye is a Party” was held in Ankara on September 14–16, 2022. The training, conducted with the participation of experts from the Ombudsman Institution, covered topics such as the United Nations Human Rights System, individual application mechanisms to the European Court of Justice, the application system of the European Court of Human Rights, the individual application procedure before the Constitutional Court, the rights protected by the European Convention on Human Rights, and the human rights protection mechanisms within the domestic legal system.
