Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Compliance Activities

Within the scope of the compliance activities, a matrix study was conducted to analyze the movement of personal data within the hospital. Based on the findings, gaps were identified in accordance with both KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law of Turkey) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards. A comprehensive roadmap was then prepared, including a set of recommendations and a detailed control checklist, and presented to the authorized personnel and relevant departments.
