Ombudsman – Human Resources Development (HRD) Strategy Preparation Workshop I

The first workshop on “Preparation of the Human Resources Development (HRD) Strategy” was held on 4–5 November 2021 in Ankara within the scope of the “Technical Assistance Project for Strengthening the Role of the Ombudsman Institution in the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights.”

During the workshop, attended by relevant staff of the Ombudsman Institution, discussions were held on the institution’s objectives and targets, evaluation of key activities and performance indicators, assessment of their suitability for the institution, and determination of an estimated timeline and activities necessary to achieve the performance goals.
