Study Visit to the Netherlands Conducted under the Strengthening Consumer Protection Project
As part of the Strengthening Consumer Protection Project, a study visit to the Netherlands was conducted to exchange experiences and observe best practices in the field of consumer protection.
During the visit, the delegation held meetings with representatives from the Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). These engagements provided valuable insights into policy-making processes, institutional structures, and consumer rights enforcement mechanisms in the Netherlands.
The visit contributed to strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing cooperation opportunities between Turkish and European consumer protection authorities.
