Technical Assistance Project for Strengthening the Role of the Ombudsman Institution in the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights – Child Rights Training

Within the scope of the Technical Assistance Project for Strengthening the Role of the Ombudsman Institution in the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights, a training on “Child Rights” was held in Ankara on October 3–5, 2022. The training, organized for experts of the Ombudsman Institution, covered topics such as the national and international framework on child rights, fundamental principles in handling applications related to children, the protection of children’s rights and positive obligations in the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, and interview techniques with children.
