TSE Standardization Seminar Held in Konya

The Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) held a Standardization Seminar in Konya on August 19, 2021, as part of the “Lead the Standards!” awareness campaign. The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the importance of standardization and inform participants about its role in industry and society.

The event, which sought to foster public awareness on standardization, began with opening speeches by TSE President Prof. Dr. Adem ŞAHİN, Konya Chamber of Industry Assembly President Tahir BÜYÜKHELVACIGİL, and Konya Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board Selçuk ÖZTÜRK.

Following presentations on the project, the program continued with speeches by Konya Provincial Director of Industry and Technology Vehbi KONARILI, Akkaya A.Ş. General Manager Cevat AKKAYA, and Konya Technical University Faculty Member and InnoPark A.Ş. General Manager Prof. Dr. Fatih Mehmet BOTSALI. The seminar concluded with the introduction of the “Standardization Platform” and a question-and-answer session.
