Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to provide the relevant services of the European Union and the interested stakeholders with an overall independent assessment of the performance of the selected National Programmes implemented in Türkiye, paying particular attention to their different levels of results measured against their expected objectives and to the reasons underpinning such results; and to identify key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to inform decision makers on how to improve current and future interventions.

The outputs and outcomes are as follows:

• D1: Finalisation of sources of information
• D2: Inception Report and Work Plan
• D3: Meetings face-to-face: debriefing on intermediate/preliminary (Desk and Field) findings to relevant TMs for their comments and approval;
• D4: Closure Reports and questionnaires for all selected projects (approximately 90) under the four -4- National Programmes
• D5: Drafting Opening Positions
• D6: Final Opening Positions;
• D7: Final Report including detailed information on the checks completed and the documents collected from the national authorities and independent
