Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to support efforts towards Turkey’s accession to the European Union by developing trained human resources in the relevant disciplines, for the effective implementation of the EU Acquis.

The achieved results of the project are as follows:

Result 1: Promotion of the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme for two academic years and announcement of the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme

Result 2: Selection of the Jean Monnet Scholars

Result 3: Identification of the relevant institutions for scholars

Result 4: Placement of the scholars

Result 5: Monitoring of the scholars and alumni network
