Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to prepare a detailed strategy, which includes timetable of all legislative and administrative measures to comply with the “Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services” acquis, to be presented by Turkey to the European Commission.

The achieved results of the project are as follows:

Result 1: Development of an action plan, including the relevant draft law, for complying the legal and administrative practices in Turkey with the ones addressed in the Services Directive

Result 2: Preparation of an action plan, including the relevant draft law, for setting-up of a properly functioning recognition of professional qualifications system
