Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows: To achieve measurable progress towards the full enjoyment of all fundamental rights and freedoms by all individuals without discrimination in all areas. To increase the effectiveness of the Ombudsman Institution in the protection and promotion of human rights.

The results to be achieved are as follows:

Result 1: The knowledge of Ombudsman Institution staff on the best European and international standards and practices is improved.

Result 2: Level of awareness on the mandate and functioning of the Ombudsman Institution is enhanced both in public and administration.
