TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME (HRD OP 5.1)

Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to improve the coordination, control and implementation of HRD OP and to assist the Operating Structure (OS) and relevant institutions in the further programming, monitoring, evaluation and implementing tasks of Turkey’s HRD OP by providing support and assistance to the OS.

The achieved results of the project are as follows:

Result 1: Increased institutional, technical and administrative capacity of Centre for EU Funds

Result 2: Increased institutional, technical and administrative capacity of the Internal Audit Unit for audit and guiding functions

Result 3: Contributions to establish an institutional training policy

Result 4: Smooth implementation of the HRD OP regards programming, contract management, monitoring, evaluation, quality control and assurance

Result 5: Necessary administrative and procedural requirements for the Centre for EU Funds Co-ordination and Implementation to pass to decentralized implementation system without ex-ante controls

Result 6: A well-functioning MIS and web site

Result 7: Drafted/Updated market analyses and technical specifications corresponding to supply procurement procedures
