TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR SORGUN ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (İŞGEM)

Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to socio-economic development of Sorgun by strengthening entrepreneurial infrastructure.

The results to be achieved are as follows:

Result 1: Entrepreneurial environment strengthened through development of Business Plan and Service Manuals and operationalisation of Sorgun İŞGEM, selection and acceptance of entrepreneurs, launch of the centres and strengthening the entrepreneurial environment through incentives.

Result 2: Improvement of technical capacities of enterprises in Sorgun İŞGEM by reviewing and improving business plans of the tenants, supporting the implementation of the business plans of the tenants and İŞGEM’s management for improvement of İŞGEM’s business plan.
