Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to establish well-functioning and effective civil service and to proceed with modernisation of the public administration to assure effectiveness and efficiency of the planning and programming of public investments at local level.

The achieved results of the project are as follows:

Result 1: Increased institutional capacity of local investment planning actors

Result 2: Active participation of local actors in the investment planning process and clearly defined roles

  • Governor’s Office (Deputy Governors, Managers working at the PDPCs, Provincial Planning Experts and Assistant Experts)
  • Local Governments (Local Administrators, Technical Staff)
  • Investor Institutions (Provincial Organization, Managers, Technical Staff)

  • Development Agency (General Secretary and Experts)
  • Relevant NGOs and “Chambers and Professional Associations” (Authorised Representatives)
