The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the economic development by strengthening entrepreneurship in Elazığ.

Result 2: Improvement of technical capacities of the enterprises in Elazığ İŞGEM.

Target Groups:

• The (potential) entrepreneurs in Elazığ, Malatya, Tunceli and Bingöl provinces
