Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the mutual exchange of experience and contact between civil societies in EU Member States and Turkey to ensure a better understanding of and knowledge about Turkey in EU; and a better understanding of and knowledge about EU in Turkey.

The achieved results of the project are as follows:

Result 1: Development of grant beneficiaries’ capacity in project management and implementation, respecting EU procurement and visibility rules

Result 2: Improvement of Institutional Capacity Building of the Secretariat General for European Union Affairs (EUSG) and relevant authorities

Result 3: Increasing the awareness and publicity of the project, the role of civil society and the challenges and opportunities of accession

Target Groups:

  • NGOs, civil society organisations and public administrations
  • Grant beneficiaries who will receive training and assistance for the implementation of grant projects
