WYG Turkey Eskişehir Team Meeting

The WYG Turkey Eskişehir Team Meeting was held between 23–25 December 2016 at the Divan Express Hotel in Eskişehir, with the participation of 64 team members. The meeting commenced on 23 December 2016 with a thematic talk titled “Change is a Team Game: The Journey of Transformation from Individual to Community” delivered by Mr. Özkan Zere. The session addressed key themes such as the meaning of success and change, the individual’s journey through transformation, and the idea that meaningful change can only be achieved through teamwork. The interactive format of the session, enriched with humorous contributions and small prizes, created a lively and engaging atmosphere.

On 24 December 2016, all WYG Turkey staff attended a session focusing on the WYG Group structure and new operational practices. Following this, a workshop was held to strengthen interdepartmental communication and workflow. The day concluded with a company dinner, bringing together all team members in a relaxed and social setting.

The team meeting concluded on Sunday with the group’s return to Ankara and a cultural excursion to Eskişehir’s historical Odunpazarı district, allowing participants to explore the city’s rich heritage and scenic spots.
