Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to increase adaptability of employees and employers by investing more in human capital via ICT services and tools.

The achieved results of the project are as follows:

Result 1: Development of an innovative method for on-line learning in accordance with the needs of employers and employees.

Result 2: Preparation of free, widely-open, easily reachable and innovative online courses and methods for learning software development.

Result 3: Improvement of skills and adaptability of the employees and employers through online training programmes on ICT usage and creation of actively-informed business environments through online training programmes for the employers.

Result 4: Increasing awareness on the importance of ICT usage in work organisation; improvement of university-business interaction with different stakeholders to increase R&D capacity of business community.

Result 5: Promotion of human capital investments through supporting the sustainability of the training participants’ career development.

Result 6: Introduction and promotion of outcomes of the Operation to ensure the sustainable utilization of gains of the Operation.
