Project Objectives and Results:

The overall objective of the project is to improve the regional competitiveness in the target region with the aim of developing institutional and operational capacity of the Samsun Logistics Centre Management Company (SLC-MC) for efficient and effective management of the Samsun Logistics Centre.

The results achieved are as follows:

Result 1: Development of management systems, tools and structures of the SLC-MC.

Result 2: Improvement of SLC-MC’s institutional and operational capacity.
