Improving Digitalization and Creativity Ecosystem in Kütahya Project

The Kütahya Design City Week, within the scope of the “Improving Digitalization and Creativity Ecosystem in Kütahya Project” carried out under the Ministry of Industry and Technology's Competitive Sectors Program and financed by the EU and the Republic of Türkiye successfully organised from October 30th to November 1st.

The opening of Kütahya Design City Week and the International Conference themed "Earth, Fire, Future" was held with the participation of Kütahya Mayor Mr. Eyüp Kahveci on the first day of the International Conference.

The first day of the event concluded with various sessions and the closing speech by Kütahya Mayor Mr. Eyüp Kahveci. Following Mr. Kahveci's closing speech, plaques were presented to the speakers.

The opening of the çini exhibition, which was organized within the scope of Kütahya Design City Week was conducted by Kütahya Mayor Mr. Eyüp Kahveci on the second day of the International Conference.

Based on Kütahya's "Tile and Handicrafts" heritage in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, the International Conference addressed the transition from traditional production to digital and sustainable market Dynamics. It concluded with sessions, certificate ceremony and closing speeches.

“Connect and Create: SME Gathering” event, also organized as part of Kütahya Design City Week, took place at Akalın Konak on the third day of the event. The meeting concluded with opening speeches, closing remarks and networking opportunities.
