Town Twinning between Turkey and the EU Project's first meeting was chaired by the SPO Mr. Bülent Özcan, and was held with the participation of the DEUA, the CFCU, and key stakeholders consisting of the UMT and UP, as well as the the EUD, together with the representatives of the TAT members and the Contractor.
