The 1st Workshop on the "Preparation of Human Resources Development (HRD) Strategy", within the scope of the Technical Assistance for Empowerment of the Role of Ombudsman in the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights, held on 4-5 November 2021 in Ankara with the related participants from the Ombudsman Institution. Consultation of the determined objectives and targets, evaluation of the main activities and performance indicators, review of its relevance for the institution, and determination the estimated time plan and activities to achieve the performance targets are discussed during the workshop.
