The morning session started with the Project Closing Presentation of Ömer Turan MAZGAL, Head of Social Cohesion Department, General Directorate of Family and Community Services, and Dr. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sümeyye DERİN's presentation on the Importance of Capacity Building of Public Institutions on Social Inclusion in the Context of Fundamental Rights.
