The purposes of the project are developing the infrastructure for online training in the subjects related to Information and Communication Technologies, supporting participants to increase their own capacities with the help of the methods developed for software and program development as per different needs and parts of labor market by establishing an online platform, building a network with the companies from different sectors, hence gaining sustainable relations by signing protocol agreements, providing online training for SME employers and employees to improve their business competencies, ensuring the participation to online lessons by 2000 employees from at least 70 institutions.
