The purpose of the project is to improve the institutional capacity, ensure the active participation of the local actors, develop a participatory model in the process of planning and investment decision-making, building the structures needed to ensure the participation of the local actors in the investment planning processes, testing the functioning of these structures within the scope of the investment planning processes in Erzurum, Mardin and Trabzon provinces and build a new local investment model through improving the capacity of the local investment planning, sound coordination between local actors and planning the local investments accordingly.
